About
The Ancient of Days is a semi-role play PVE server that aims to engage players through live NPCs, quests, different mechanics and play styles within the Project Zomboid universe. We are a modded server filled with quality-of-life mods that enhances player experience compared to vanilla. We have server-exclusive mods that truly serves moving and living NPCs with dialogues and quests connected.
Aside from the server owner, we have admins and AI that are ready to help players and facilitate quests within available schedules. Our server has two IP addresses to support player connections in PH (Globe and PLDT/Converge).
The server is seasonal (for now), depending on player availability. We are independently funded, always free, no pay to win content, and above all else, we promote good gaming ethics through teamwork, collaboration, accountability, and game sportsmanship. We have money pools for participating players and charities – some out of pocket and some from crowd funding via our server shop.
Our current season is running on 10 years later theme with rusted cars, scarce loot, and world impacting quests and events that rewards and engages players to shape their stories and game.
The Ancient of Days is our love letter to the game and to all the players in the Philippine Zomboid Community.
The title is greatly inspired from one of God’s nicknames from thousands of years ago. He was once famously called the Ancient of Days.

PLEASE READ - TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO JOIN THE SERVER May tips on how to connect sa server and if di kita yun sa discord server you may need to ticket in order to join probably for verification since may mga kilalang players na trouble breaker, banned from this server or kilalang ganun sa ibang server. May server information din on what's the server is about, Server address and so on. Yes, pwede rin bumili ng car sa server but the money goes to charity as posted in server balance and pay outs thread in server shop channel on AOD discord server. This is just a summary para sa mga tinatamad magbasa or di pa ganun kahandy sa Discord before joining and after joining the server. The server is a breath of fresh yet familiar air. Although there are multiple game breaking bugs that can still slip through, so far with all the mods it has, it never really had a huge problem where the server needs to be down for multiple days. So far, the server have been smooth and played really well even on high amounts of zeds. Although it experiences problems with huge amounts of players in a single place during events which is normal for b41 PZ. Hopefully we will get an improvement on that. With the roleplay and story, so far it is alright. Not great but not too bad either. It's slowly getting improvements so that's a plus. I hope there will be a time that the story progresses further along with the roleplay becoming a core and not just light/side description for the server. RP will surely make the story become way better than what it is right now and I believe the server can do it with a slightly stricter handling of RP. By far the best server I've played after 2 years.
immersive world + mod choices. it is a little too much to take in when you're new + going in solo with no guidance. hopefully, there would be a lore compliant "pamphlet" or "booklet" that explains how the world + faction works as well as maybe a channel of tips on what's to be done after first loading into the game. not like a beginner/noob tip, but basically how to move and live in the world and seamlessly blend in with the activities of the other players. obviously, this is a solo-only POV, so the experience might be different if a newbie joins with friends/already knowing people in the game.
